We started Classic Harbor Cottages, LLC as a family business at the end of 2010. However we first started renting "Outlook" (a.k.a. #64 Cottage -- 2nd cottage from the right in the photo above) in the 2006/2007 seasons before the LLC was formed. Shortly thereafter, we began renovating "Diversion" (a.k.a. #68 Cottage -- 1st cottage on the left in the photo above) as another cottage rental. It took many days/weeks/years of work for "Diversion" to be fully suitable (and also to meet our satisfaction) for renting. We completed the majority of the work in 2015. We are now fully renting this cottage for the 2016 season.

Both cottages were built in the early 1900's and have undergone many renovations since then, but both still retain the character of their original construction. The cottages have been family owned since the 1950's and were seasonal family dwellings even before then.
